Prepare the chicken/meat by salting it and letting it sit in the fridge for ~30 minutes to an hour. If using chicken breast, butterfly it first before salting
Add chicken/meat to pan and let it sear
Once cooked, set aside
Prepare vegetables
Slice/dice cherry/grape tomatoes
Dice the red onion
Shred lettuce
Slice the cooled meat into long and thin strips
Make Zaatar White Sauce:
Add roughly a teaspoon of mayo
Add roughly a teaspoon of sour cream
Add a sprinkle of Zaatar spice
Add a sprinkle of Red pepper flakes
Add a squeeze of lemon juice
Take whatever "container" (wrap or lavash bread) and spread hummus on half
Add the meat on top of the hummus, then the veggies on top of the meat
