Cheesy Chicken Chipotle Wrap

Ingredients

  • Chicken breast or thighs
  • Salt
  • Cumin
  • Hot sauce of your choice
  • Chipotles in adobo sauce
  • Mayonnaise
  • Burrito wraps
  • Cheese of your choice

Order of Operations

  1. Cube chicken breast, add cubed bits to bowl
  2. In bowl, add
    1. 6g of salt (a nice pinch)
    2. Ground cumin (some sprinkling)
    3. Hot sauce (a few squirts)
    4. 10g Chipotles in Adobo (heaping teaspoon-ish)
    5. 20g of mayo (heaping tablespoon)
  3. Mix the marinade with the chicken with your hands
  4. Set a large enough pan over high heat on the stove, then once sufficiently hot, let the chicken chunks sear
  5. While searing, clean and make space for the bottle of hot sauce, sour cream, shredded cheese, and the tortilla wraps
  6. Grate the block of cheese
  7. Once the chicken chunks are seared on both sides, add them to a bowl
  8. At this point you'll have a bowl of shredded cheese, a bowl of chicken chunks, the container of sour cream, and the bottle of hot sauce ready as stations
  9. Lay a burrito wrap on a surface
    1. Add 14g (a small handful) of shredded cheese
    2. Add 70g (a few chunks) of the seared chicken
    3. Add a teaspoon of the sour cream
    4. Add a squirt of hot sauce
  10. Fold the farthest sides inward towards the toppings: they should mostly cover the bottom where the ingredients are. Then, fold the bottom flap up towards the ingredients. Finally roll towards the top.

Repeat until all chicken has been used!
